Wyatt and Owen's Roundup: Fun in the Summertime

Another couple of weeks is in the books. Wyatt talked mom and dad into calling in sick and taking him over to St. Michaels' for a midweek summer adventure. We played on the playground, walked around town, had lunch and maybe even a little ice cream before returning to civilization. We also had a nice dinner out with friends Chris and Meghan and their son Joseph and daughter Maggie. Wyatt did his best to keep up with Joseph who is 2 and up on two feet but his crawl was no matching for running. Mom and dad got an idea of what to expect and decided that Wyatt can take his time learning to walk. Wyatt is cruising around the furniture briskly and even pushing a chair around the kitchen on two feet but not quite ready to let go and take his first steps. Mom visited with Nanny and Papa in the PA mountains while dad was sailing. It sounds like that was quite the adventure too.
