Wyatt and Faegan's Big Adventure

Last Wednesday, while Nanny was still in town, Wyatt and Faegan decided to get out of the house because the cleaning people were coming. Actually, it was Faegan's idea, she wanted to avoid being sent to the basement while the cleaning people did their thing. So Nanny, Kristin, Wyatt and Faegan headed over to Atlanta Bread Company to pick up breakfast and then went off to Quiet Waters Park. Everyone had a great time exploring the different trails. Here are some pictures from the adventure.

A turtle we met along the way... Hello Mr. Turtle!

We came upon a metal giraffe grazing in the woods!

Wyatt went in for a closer look at the giraffe. He was confused by the giraffe's long neck.

Being an adventurer is exhausting!

Lots to Learn

This is another learning post. Kristin is going to add a post tomorrow about Wyatt's grand adventure to the park last week, but for now we are just adding some pictures. We had a very busy weekend with lots of visits from friends. Stuart, Marcy and Lily stopped by to see Wyatt and Lily got to see what her little brother is going to be like in a couple months (crying and all). Later that day Todd and Lauren and Alyssa and Jason came for dinner and Wyatt was an absolute angel. On Sunday Michele came by all the way from upstate NY (she was in the neighborhood) and Wyatt went to Grandmom and Granddad's for dinner (yes a bottle) while mom got a little rest.

The whole family: (Great) Grandma GG, Nanny, Grandpa, Chris, Kristin, Faegan, and the newest addition, Wyatt.

A First Time For Everything

This is our first post. It is just a test for now. Kristin will probably fix it tomorrow. This is a picture of Wyatt and Kristin only a minute or two after he was born.

Well, now I am back learning how to edit our posts. Wyatt will be three weeks old tomorrow. He is sleeping fairly well (about 3 hours at a time at night - sometimes more, sometimes less, a lot less). He has been on several walks aroud the neighborhood and a couple of car rides to the doc for a checkup (all is well). Uncle Michael stopped by for a visit tonight and got to change Wyatt's diaper for the 1st time (lucky him). I have added a couple of pictures and will update this as soon as I can.
