Late Summer Fun

Summer is drawing to a close and the days are getting shorter. No one is working too hard except for Wyatt who is working on walking...

.Mom and Dad played hookie and took me to the beach.
I wasn't a big fan. Who likes sand in their diaper?

I am more of a pool fan, especially a pool with a cool frog fountain like this one.
.

.I love my mom

.Playing my drumset (the trashcan)

. I'm ready for my solo, right?

.

Almost there...

Bend It Like Beckham

We stopped over to celebrate Grandmom and Grandpop's 40th anniversary a couple weeks back. Congratulations Grandmom and Grandpop, I owe you one. While I was there Uncle Michael gave me this cool soccer ball. I am big ball fan, rolling it around and chasing it and playing "catch" with dad.

Ready for a throw in!

Here it comes...

... Concentration...

...Got it.

Oops... it went under the chair

I'll get it

Smiling with Grandmom and Grandpop.

Sunday Paper

Time flies and we have let posting slide a bit. Sorry for that. We have a backlog of photos to post so we'll try and split them over the next week or so. We are closing in on Wyatt's first birthday and he is tentatively taking a step here and there but nothing that could be called walking quite yet. Wyatt moved up from the infant room to the "toddfant" room at daycare, but all of his teachers and classmates went with him so it isn't that much of a change. He has taken it all in stride. We have started reading a regular bedtime story at although sometimes playing with the book is more fun. The same goes for the Sunday paper...
Wyatt helped dad sort through the Sunday paper.
Now where is that Penny's circular?
Look at me, captain of my own ship! err box.

Sale, did you say sale? Everyone loves a good sale, especially mom!

Over here!
