Christmas Past

Its mid January and its cold. Its been very cold and is now only just plain cold. This wouldn't be such a big deal if Wyatt didn't like to take his shoes and socks off any chance he can. But this is a belated Christmas post so I'll recount our adventures. We started out with a trip to Cleveland to see Nanny and Papa for Christmas. It was unseasonably warm is Cleveland and Wyatt did not get to wear the new snow boots Aunt Doreen gave him for Christmas. In fact Wyatt has not seen more than a few flurries of snow yet, but its only a matter of time. It was nice to see all of our cousins and friends in the mid west (and Wyatt did great in the car too!). Santa was very generous in Cleveland and Mom, Dad and Wyatt are very thankful for all of the gifts. The inflatable ball pit was a big hit (pics below) as was the dump truck and mechanical musical crab that chased Wyatt (and Faegan) around the house. Wyatt celebrated Christmas again on New Years Day with Grandmom, Grandpop and Uncle Micheal. Santa was again generous and Wyatt now has more toys than he knows what to do with. Fortunately Grandmom and Grandpop gave Wyatt a toy box to store them in. Also a big hit were the tickle-me-cookie monster (also a hit with mom) and the tractor from Uncle Michael. As for milestones, Wyatt's vocabulary is growing. The stove is "hot," as are many many other things although their temperature doesn't seem elevated to us. "Hi" and "Bye" are big as is "all done" when he is done eating or otherwise done with whatever it is we are doing... enjoy the pics...

He knows if you've been bad or good?!? I had no idea!

I've been good...really... can't you see the halo?

Daddy, didn't mommy buy you a matching Christmas sweater to mine?
See Daddy, I was good...

Really good.

Here I am with my friends Jack and Henry.

Daddy, you look a little light headed. Its a good thing Mommy knew you full of hot air.
